Move-In Fees:

When considering one of our rental properties, please be aware of the following move-in fees:

  • 1 month's rent or Prorated Rent
  • Refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent
  • $75 non-refundable application fee per person
  • $150 refundable security deposit per pet (if applicable)

To express your interest, please download the rental application and submit it to PPM along with the $75 non-refundable application fee per person. For pet owners, kindly download the pet application along with your standard application. Please note that applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we also accept backup applications.
