Move-In Fees
When applying for one of our rental properties, please be aware of the following standard move-in costs:

  • First month’s rent or prorated rent (based on move-in date)

  • Refundable security deposit: equal to one month’s rent

  • Application fee: $75 non-refundable per person

  • Pet deposit (if applicable): $150 refundable per pet

Application Process:

  1. Download and complete our Rental Application.

  2. Submit your completed application to PPM along with the $75 non-refundable application fee per person.

  3. If you have pets, please also download and submit the Pet Application.

Applications are reviewed in the order received. We also accept backup applications.
